We would like to invite you to our upcoming General Meeting of Shareholders to further explain our plans and finally meet you in person again. We all hope to welcome you on 21 March 2023 at 18.30 hrs at Atelier De Vijzel | Playing Circle, Vijzelstraat 77-3, 1017 HG, Amsterdam. Please download the Agenda here. During the meeting, we will be discussing important matters related to the company's operations, financial performance, and future plans. We encourage all shareholders to participate and exercise their right to vote on these crucial matters. Voting will be done on-line by logging in to your Nxchange account.

This year's meeting will be held in a hybrid format, with limited seats available for those who wish to attend in person, and an option to join the meeting online for those who prefer to participate remotely.
